Student Parking Permits

Please complete the form below to purchase a student parking permit for student drivers who currently have their driver's license. Quantities are limited. After completing this form, permits should be picked up by the student in the Dean's Office starting Wednesday, 8/16/23 for the 2023-2024 school year. Permits will not be available for pick-up prior to that date. Permits will be required for any student parking on campus starting Tuesday,  9/6/23. Please list any vehicles (up to 3) that the student may drive to campus. Daily passes are available in the Dean's Office for $1 per day. Permits from the 2022-2023 school year are no longer valid.

Juniors and Seniors have priority. Sophomores will be able to purchase a pass starting 9/1/23 for the 2023-2024 school year.

By completing this form, you and your student driver are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. All State, County, and City ordinances pertaining to the use, ownership, operation, parking, etc. of a vehicle are in full force and effect for all vehicles operated or parked in or around Jesuit High School or any school function.

2. Student drivers must apply for and obtain a valid parking permit tag from the Dean’s Office. This tag must be hung from the rear view mirror and easily visible from the front of the vehicle at all times that the vehicle is on or near Jesuit property. Student vehicles without a current pass are subject to a Jesuit issued parking ticket.

3. All provisions set out in the Student/Parent Handbook must be observed by student drivers and passengers. Drivers are responsible for their passengers and their compliance with all rules.

4. Student drivers will observe the 10 mph speed limit in the Jesuit parking lots and driveways. Student use of any service road on campus, other than the Gordon Lane and American River Drive driveways, is prohibited.

5. Car or other personal radios, etc. must be a low volume so that sound is confined to the interior of the vehicle only both in the parking lot and in surrounding areas.

6. Littering is prohibited anywhere on campus or in the surrounding neighborhood. Drivers are responsible for themselves and their passengers in this regard.

7. Vehicles must be parked in school designated areas only. Parking on neighborhood streets, Jacob Lane, American River Drive, Faculty Parking, Visitor Parking, etc. is strictly prohibited for students AT ANY TIME, whether school is in session or not. Parking off-campus or in non-designated areas will result in suspension from school and/or JUG.

8. Jesuit High School and it’s employees are not responsible or liable for damages or loss to any vehicle or it’s contents while on campus. Jesuit High School assumes no liability for damages to persons or property arising from the issuance of parking permits.

Violations of any of the above provisions could result in detention, fines, and/or suspension or revocation of the student’s right to drive and/or park at Jesuit High School. Vehicles which do not have a parking permit visible, or are illegally parked, are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
